The firm's principal is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and former Chair of the Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board. He is past president of the Kansas City Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. 

    Jeff Botkin, SRA heads up the residential department. Jeff has an MBA from Washburn University. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser.

Consulting services include site selections, market studies, feasibility studies, capitalization rate studies, occupancy surveys and mass appraisals.
